The K-LO Story
K-LO Sports was founded on the field. Friends - Greg Matney, Edwin Khanbeigi and Kimberly Khanbeigi - saw our goalies battle injury and pain with poor quality gloves - and we wanted to do something about it. While we had a losing season, we now had a winning idea - high-quality German-latex gloves with FINGERSAVE technology in ALL FIVE FINGERS. The Savage and Armour Gloves were born. AND - beyond that - wanted to do something good for the world with the proceeds of the gloves. SO - we started sponsoring soccer (football) tournaments in less developed regions of central India. Greg was a soccer coach there before moving to Colorado. K-LO stands for Killer Gear at a LO Price. But it also is short for 'kehlo' - which is Hindi for 'let's play!'. (It's what kids would yell out in India as they ran onto the field.' SO - K-LO my friends. We are here to protect your hands as you defend your goal!
